Jessmin – Hyperfixated

"Somebody tell me why I'm so hyperfixated on you" — yeah, same. This chorus doesn't leave.

Jessmin's "Hyperfixated" is the title track of her debut EP. Big chorus, neon-pop energy, zero chill. We approved it and added it to POP NEWS on 2 October 2026, the day the recording was released.

The lyric keeps the fixation on one person. "My heart beats faster every time" is the next line we have. Then "should I go, should I go," still on the same question after the hook. That is the zero-chill part: the chorus does not cool off, and the song does not change the subject. Pop, a big chorus, neon-pop energy, and a title that is also the title of a debut EP.

It went to POP NEWS. The tags it came in with were pop, indie pop, and the title itself. The credit is Jessmin. The chorus that does not leave is the reason it is Song of the Day, and you can hear that chorus in the Spotify embed below. The playlist card opens the POP NEWS page.
